Summer Pizza Salad For Your Bumper Crop Tomatoes
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 cups salad greens
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 pound sliced fresh mozzarella
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano.
