cup finely chopped garlic
tsp dried oregano
cup pecorino romano cheese or parmesan cheese
cup butter cut into pieces and semi soft
1. Wash potatoes and place them in a large pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until the potatoes are tender. 2. Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a mixer using a metal whip attachment until all the ingredients are incorporated.
