Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Cook onion and Italian sausage in pan, stirring to break up sausage. Drain and save the grease. Cook zucchini and garlic in reserved grease until crisp tender, about 3-5 minutes. Combine cooked rice, sausage, basil and 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Top with zucchini garlic mixture. Pour rest of sauce over and top with the rest of the cheese.
