Pumpkin Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

• Optional:
• 1 angel food cake mix
• 1 15-oz can pumpkin
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 2/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts and/or
• 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake in angel food cake pan or 9x13 pan for 25 minutes.

Remove pan from oven, cool on its side on cooling rack. Run knife around edges, when cool, to loosen.
