Elegant Holiday Dinner Menu: Appetizer: Cherry Pecan Brie

A 5 ingredient appetizer you can have ready in about 10 minutes.
Follow this appetizer with great Holiday Menu:
1. appetizer
2. tossed greens and grape salad
3. easy asiago rolls
4. pancetta wrapped beef tenderloin with whipped horseradish sauce
5. crispy potatoes with fennel
6. lemon-garlic green beans
7. Chocolate truffle cheesecake (not!)

Ingredients

• 1/3 c. cherry preserves
• 1 T balsamic vinegar
• 1/8 t. freshly ground pepper
• 1/8 t. salt
• BRIE round 16 oz: Rind removed from top and warm.
• chopped toasted pecans
• crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together the cherry preserves, vinegar, s and p in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round (top removed). Top with chopped toasted pecans.

Serve with crackers.
