Avocado Chicken Wraps
By AzWench
Here’s a quick and easy appetizer or main dish. Use leftover cooked, grilled or rotisserie chicken from the supermarket deli. The mashed avocado adds great flavor, and helps hold all the other ingredients in place. Use leftover corn cut from the cob, drained canned corn or cooked frozen corn kernels.
