Ingredients
- Citrus Glaze:
- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 1 c brown sugaer
- 1 c white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 c pumpkin
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour(can sub here 3 T less of flour and add 1/4 c cocoa to this flour)
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 &1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 &1/4 c icing sugar, 3 T lemon juice, orange food color.
- Vanilla Glaze:
- 1 &1/2 c icing sugar, 3 T water, 1/2 t vanilla
- Sugar Topping:
- Corn syrup brush on top. Dip in colored sprinkles

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter till fluffy, add in sugar and eggs one at a time till fluffy. Set aside
Combine buttermilk, pumpkin, and vanilla, set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg, stir into batter in thirds, alternating with buttermilk mix till smooth.
Bake 350 for 25 min. Do toothpick test.
Drizzle on glaze or dip in sprinkles
