- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 shakes nutmeg
