Ingredients
- 1/4 pound ground pork or sausage
- 1/8 pound raw shrimp
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 T wine
- 1/2 t sugar
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the filling ingredients togerher. Place a T of filling in center of wrapper, fold and seal
Preheat oil to 375. Fry wntons for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
