  • 1/4 pound ground pork or sausage
  • 1/8 pound raw shrimp
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 T wine
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the filling ingredients togerher. Place a T of filling in center of wrapper, fold and seal

Preheat oil to 375. Fry wntons for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
