Grandmother's Sweet Potato Casserole
I am not sure where I got this, but it is someone's grandma's recipe, not mine!

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 ½ cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- Mix these together first. Then mix in:
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Step 1
Mixture:
Mix together. Just make sure the potatoes are cool enough that they won’t scramble your eggs!
Topping:
Pour potato mixture into casserole dish. Top with, well, the topping of course. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
