Ingredients

  • 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
  • 1 cup frozen baby sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham strips
  • 1 (6-oz) can water-packed white tuna, drained, flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

Step 1

Cook fettuccini to desired doneness as directed on
package, adding peas during last 4 min. of cooking
time. drain; return to saucepan.
Add ham and tuna; stir gently to mix.
Heat cream cheese in small saucepan over low heat
untill melted.Gradually add milk, stirring untill blended.
Stir in salt and pepper.Pour sauce over fettuccini mixture in saucepan; mix well.Cook and stir over medium heat untill thoroughly heated.Spoon into ungreased shallow 1 - quart casserole or gratin dish.
In small bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs; mix well.Sprinkle over top.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or untill
topping is golden brown.
