Ingredients
- 4 lb tenderloin
- 2 T soft butter
- 1/2 c chopped green onion
- 2 T butter
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- pepper
- 3/4 c dry or golden cream sherry
- mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Spread soft butter over meat. Roast at 400 for 20 min. Cook green onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over meat and roast for another 20-25 min, while basting. Saute mushrooms and add to the sauce.
