Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 - 16 oz bag frozen hash browns, southern style
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 pound ground beef eye of round
- 2 - 4 oz cans of mushrooms stems and pieces, do not drain
- 1 - 2.5 oz pkg dry onion soup mix (2 pkg. per box)
- 1 - 16 oz jar of your favorite chunky salsa

Preparation
Step 1
In a crockpot stir all ingredients until well mixed.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 - 9 hours.
If desired salt and pepper to taste.
