  • 2 pks of chipped Frozen Spinach
  • 2 Jars "Romania" Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 Large Bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 8oz. Cream Cheese / Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil Spinach & Drain
Dice Artichoke Hearts into small pieces
Mix Spinach and Artichoke into small pieces
Mix Spinach, Artichoke hearts, juice from the marinated hearts, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Mix until melted.
Add Garlic Powder and salt to taste.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake in over at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until brown.
