Bacon and Blue Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Daisy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 24 mini rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom half of a broiler pan with aluminum foil. Top with broiler grate. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, bacon, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and salt.

Shape mixture into approximately 24, 2 inch patties. Place on prepared broiler pan.

Bake for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine Daisy sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon, rosemary and sun dried tomatoes. Spread on bottom half of each roll. Top each with a mini burger.
