Ingredients

  • First layer:
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T milk or half and half
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 ½ cups thawed cool whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • Second layer:
  • 1 cup cold milk or half and half
  • 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
  • 2 pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves

Preparation

Step 1

1st layer: Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping – spread on bottom of crust

2nd layer: Pour milk into bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Beat with wire whisk until well blended – mixture will be thick. Spread over cream cheese layer

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set
