Ingredients
- First layer:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 T milk or half and half
- 1 T sugar
- 1 ½ cups thawed cool whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Second layer:
- 1 cup cold milk or half and half
- 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
- 2 pkg vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cloves

Preparation
Step 1
1st layer: Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping – spread on bottom of crust
2nd layer: Pour milk into bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Beat with wire whisk until well blended – mixture will be thick. Spread over cream cheese layer
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set
