Ingredients
- 1 package frozen O'Brian Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 16 oz container Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 2 oz jar Pimentos, drained

Cooking time 70mins
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup Colby Jack cheese.
Place in greased 9x13 baking pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes
Top with remaining cheese and bake fore 3-5 minutes
