Ingredients
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 med. onion
- 2 T. butter
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- dash garlic powder
- dash pepper
- 3 c. water
- 5 chicken bullion cubes
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. dried thyme
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. saute celery, onion, and butter
2. cover & simmer remaining ingredients
3. mash ingredients
4. add milk and cream cheese and stir until cheese melts
