Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tblsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tblsp. lemon juice
  • 4-5 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tblsp. butter
  • 1 double pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinammon. Sprinkle over blueberries.
Line pie dish with one crust. Pour berry mixture into the crust and dot with butter.
Cut remaining crust into strips to do a lattice crust.

Bake pie on lower shelft of oven for about 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
