Ingredients
- Layer 1:
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 sticks margarine (or butter)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Layer 2:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (regular, not light or fat-free), softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces frozen nondairy topping, thawed
- Layer 3:
- 4 cups of fresh sliced peaches
- Layer 4:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons peach gelatin
- 1 cup water

Step 1
1. For Layer 1, heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut margarine (or butter) into
self-rising flour to make even small pieces. Stir in pecans. Press evenly
into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and bake 15 minutes. Set aside to cool
slightly.
2. For Layer 2, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and nondairy
topping until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust. Top with the peaches
to form Layer 3.
3. For Layer 4, combine powdered sugar, flour and gelatin in a saucepan. Stir
in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Pour over the peach
layer. Refrigerate until the top layer is set.
