Hot Dog and Mashed Potato Bake

• 2 hot dogs
• 3/4 cup mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Make a lengthwise cut in each hot dog being careful not to cut completely through. Fill each with mashed potatoes. Place 1 in each well.

Cook 5-7 min or until potatoes are well browned and hot dogs are heated through.
