Gourmet Garlic Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 long french bread
- 1/2 c butter
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- 1&1/2 c sour cream
- 2 c small cubed Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 parmesan cheese
- 2 t dried parsley flakes\2 t lemon pepper
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 1 T sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Cut french bread in half lengthwise. Place halves on foil covered baking sheet. Clean out in portions in large chunks.
Melt butter and stir in garlic and sesame seeds in fry pan. Add bread chunks and fry till bread brown and butter absorbed.
In another bowl combine sour cream, Monteray and parmesan cheeses, parsley flakes and lemon pepper seasoning. Stir in drained artichoke hearts and toasted bread crumb mixture.
Spoon into bread crust shells and sprinkle with cheddar ccheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
