2-3 Elephant Garlic Bulbs
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup White Wine
½ cup blue cheese
Cut approx. 1/4" off the top of each bulb of garlic drizzle small amount of olive oil on each top Add: 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup white wine Fresh Rosemary Cover and Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Add extra broth if needed Add 1/2 cup Blue Cheese and heat 10 mins more To serve: Pour liquid in dish Squeese garlic out of peel spread on baguette rounds dip into liquid
