  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1/3 unsalted margarine
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original blend

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Scrub potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato lengthwise to make 8 wedges. Combine margarine and Original blend in a small saucepan and heat until margarine is melted. Dip potato wedges in margarine mixture, turning to coat all sides. Arrange potato wedges cut side down in a single layer in 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Spoon remaining margarine over mixture over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and edges are crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve.
