- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 small shallot
- 3/4 pint of raspberries
- 1 bag baby spinach

Step 1
1) combine everything except the spinach in a blender. blend til smooth, about 1 minute
2) drizzle over spinach.
3) option: toss grilled chicken into salad
