Honey Green Beans with Cranberries & Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs green beans, trimmed and halved on the diagonal
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest

Step 1




Cook beans in a pot of boiling salted water until tender crisp – about 4 minutes. Drain. Melt butter and honey in same pan over medium heat. Add beans, pecans, cranberries and orange zest, tossing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
