Roast Pork with Apricot/Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 2 10-14 oz. Pork tenderloins
  • ½ cup rosemary needles
  • 2 Tbs. Kosher salt
  • 2 Tbs. Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs. minced garlic
  • Sauce:
  • ½ cup grainy mustard
  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves
  • ¼ cup Port or red wine

Step 1

Mix marinade together and spread over pork for about 24 hours. Grill pork for 15 – 17 minutes. For sauce combine ingredients in saucepan, cook over medium heat until apricot is melted.
