Quick Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Small head of Cauliflower
  • 2 8oz Cartons of Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp and 1 Tsp of Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Fresh Chives

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a 1 1/2 Quart Casserole Dish.

Steam Cauliflower for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to casserole dish. Combine Sour Cream 1/4 C of cheese, Flour, Pepper, and Salt and stir well. Spoon over Cauliflower. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 C Cheese.

Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is light brown. Sprinkle with Chives and serve.
