Garlic Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lb Fresh green beans
- 4 lg Cloves fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Oil
- 1/2 c Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c Minced green onions
- 1 sm Can chopped green chile
- Peppers
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cut beans in 2-inch lengths. Boil until tender-crisp
and drain. Peel garlic and mash with salt. Add oil,
vinegar, onions and chiles. Pour over beans while
hot. Toss gently. Refrigerate.
