Ingredients
- 1 lb Cherries - halved and pitted
- 4 oz Water
- 4 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 oz Molasses
- 1 1/2 oz Brown Sugar
- 1 oz Raspberry Jam
- 1 oz All-Purpose Flour
- 2/3 oz Onion Powder
- 1/2 oz Ground Cumin
- 1/2 oz Chili Powder
- 1/2 oz Paprika
- 1/2 oz Garlic Powder
- 1/2 oz Smoky Sweet Red Pepper
- 1/3 oz Vegetable Oil
Details
Preparation
Step 1
- Mix all together in a medium saucepan
- Bring to boil and let boil for about 3 mins or until cherries are soft
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins
- Remove from heat and blend until smooth
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer
- Refrigerate any unused
