Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1/4 c Crisco
- 1 c frozen or fresh blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix all together except for the Crisco and blueberries.
Cut in Crisco until it is in small balls.
Add in blueberries.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle tops with sugar.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
