Bob Riley's Beer Boil Shrimp

  • 10 lbs. shrimp
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 6 pack beer
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt



Step 1

Pour beer, vinegar, salt and two halves of the lemon in pot and bring to a boil.
Layer shrimp and Old Bay, alternating until full.
Cover and steam for 10 minutes until bright red.
