Ingredients
- 12 Small to Medium Red Potatoes
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream
- 1/8 Tsp of Nutmeg
- Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Steam Potatoes 20 minutes (till tender).
In small Saucepan heat the cream and Nutmeg over low heat stirring occasionally. Keep Cream Hot.
cut Potatoes into quarters and toss with hot cream. Season to taste and serve hot.
