Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds boneless chicken breast
- 0.5 cups lime juice
- 0.75 cups coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 0.25 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoons vegetable oil

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl. Place chicken in a dish and pour marinade over chicken to coat well. Cover tightly. Allow to marinate overnight or for at least 12 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill for 8-9 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Freezing Directions:
Place all ingredients into a gallon freezer bag, label, and freeze. To serve: thaw in fridge. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill for 8-9 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
