Pepper Lime Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 pounds chicken pieces
• 1/2 tsp. lime zest
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. thyme
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse chicken and pat dry.

For glaze, stir together lime zest, lime juice, oil, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt. Brush chicken with glaze during cooking. Turn chicken and brush more with glaze.
