Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 c. almond flour
- ¼ c. melted butter
- ¼ c. agave nectar
- Filling
- 3 eggs beaten
- Zest of 2 lemons and the juice of 3
- Juice of a large orange
- 1/8 c. agave nectar
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/8 c. plus 2 T. coconut flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.
Mix filling ingredients in a bowl and pour over cooked crust. Return to oven for 15-20 more minutes or until lemon is set.
