Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss together all ingredients. Place mixture on an 18x12" jelly roll pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, stirring twice.
