California Halibut Bake
Tender halibut fillets cook up flaky and tender in a savory sour cream and Parmesan sauce beneath a crisp brown panko crust."
- 6 (4 ounce) halibut fillets, 2 inches thick 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning 1 dash ground red pepper (cayenne) 3/4 cup Japanese-style bread crumbs (panko)
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish in 15x10x1-inch pan.
1. Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs.
1. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
