Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2 pk (10 oz) fresh spinach
- 6 oz feta
- 1 cup canidied walnuts or pecans
- 2 cup fresh sliced strawberries
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp grated purple onion
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup diced unpeeled red apple

Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from spinach. Wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Set spinach aside.
Combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, grated onion, dry mustard, and salt, stirring with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, whisking rapidly until thoroughly blended. Stir in chopped apple.
Toss spinach, feta, strawberries, and nuts in bowl. Drizzle with dressing.
