Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup crisco oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Combine sugar, oil, and eggs.
2.) Sift all dry ingredients.
3.) Add dry ingredients to oil mixture.
4.) Combine with carrot and pineapple.
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
