Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sugar

  • 1 cup crisco oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 cups grated carrots

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

1.) Combine sugar, oil, and eggs. 2.) Sift all dry ingredients. 3.) Add dry ingredients to oil mixture. 4.) Combine with carrot and pineapple. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
