Gingered Apples and Pears

- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 2 T dry white wine
- 1/2 t fresh minced Ginger
- 1 T butter

Step 1
Peel and dice apple and pear.
Combine wine, Ginger and butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add apples and pears. Sauté until fruit is tender and slightly glazed, about 15 minutes.
