Summer Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg strawberry jello (3 oz)
• 1 pkg (4 servings) vanilla pudding and pie filling
• 2 c water
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 c whipping cream
• 1 c sliced strawberries
• Graham wafer pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Combine jello,vanilla pudding,water and lemon juice in a saucepan
Bring to a boil,
Chill until thickened
Whip the cream
Fold the cream into the thickened jello mixture
Fold in the strawberries
Pour into graham wafer pie shell
Chill 1-2 hrs
Garnish with more sliced berries
Serves 8
