- 3/4 cup softened butter or Margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 water
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Place butter, brown sugar, sugar, and egg in bowl. Beat 1 minute. Add carrots and water beat 15 seconds.
Add oats, flour, and baking soda and salt. Beat 15 seconds. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. 2 inches apart.
Bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes
