  • 2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
