Taco Cornbread Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 pkg corn muffin mix
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix or 3/4 cup taco bell pour'n simmer taco seasoning
• 8 oz shredded cheese of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Spread batter into greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 400F for 8 to 10 minututes or until lightly browned.

2. Brown meat;drain. Add seasoning; prepare as directed on package. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over baked crust. top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.

3. Bake 4 to 5 minutes ur until cheese is melted.
