Ingredients

    slightly beaten eggs

  • 1

    cup canned pumpkin

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • ½

    cup dark corn syrup

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • ½

    tsp. cinnamon

  • ¼

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    unbaked pie shell

  • 1

    cup pecans, chopped

  • Whipped cream

Directions

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Chill: Serve topped with whipped cream.
