Ingredients

  • 6-8 potatoes – sliced 1/4 inch, boiled and drained

  • 2 c. cubed ham

  • cheese sauce

  • 2 T. melted butter

  • 2 T. flour

  • 1 ½ c. milk

  • 2 c. grated sharp cheddar

  • pinch of red pepper

Directions

Melt butter on low heat, add flour and stir. Slowly add milk whisking continuously making sure there are no lumps Increase to medium heat stirring occasionally. Boil and stir for 1 min. Remove from heat, let sit for 5 min. Add grated cheese, whisk until smooth Add cubed ham to cheese sauce Place potatoes in baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 min
